What Obama will do for Tech?

With a new man in the White House, Mr. Obama should have a profound effect on the digital world and Tech stocks should profit. Obama is a very favorable president towards the Tech world as he favors net neutrality and opposes any ideas that would favor one site over another. Obama is also an advocate for Universal Broadband Access.  He was quoted "As a country, we have ensured that every American has access to telephone service and electricity, regardless of economic status, and i will do likewise for Broadband Internet Access."  He sees Web Access as a right and Wireless specturum as a Universal access.  Thats great news for Google (GOOG) who was a advocate for that idea a couple years back.  Another stock play is Akamai (AKAM) who would benefit by having more content to deliver.  One thing Obama will stress is the reshaping of Silicon Valley.  Cureenty Heavy Stock-Option grants and an open-door immigration policy has allowed for the area to thrive.  However, Obama would like for the Industry to not import tech Talent.  Instead he is offering millions in training for African-Americans, Hispainics and Native Americans.  Finally though what stocks would thrive most under President Obama.  Currently there are four stocks that get the head nods:

1.  Google (GOOG) - Google benefits number one as Obama's policies will increase web content which will in return allow for more opportunities to place ads which will ultimately give more revenue to Google.
2.  Akamai (AKAM) - They dominate the industry in delivering content at fast speeds and with more content they will have hands full with more business.
3.  Clearwire (CLWR) - Closest national rollout of wireless broadband.  Also the company has tons of debt which will make it a great candidate for federal aid.
4.  Research in Motion (RIMM) - Could get nod just because Obama announced that BlackBerry was his favorite gadget.
